Do I pay anything to start?
No. No setup fee, no card. We absorb the one-time cost of digitising your mark.
How long does it take?
You fill in three fields. The store is usually live in about two minutes — a little longer when several are being built at once — and we email you the link either way, so you can close the tab.
What do you do with my logo?
It goes to OpenAI’s image API to make your four product photographs, and nowhere else. Never sold, never trained on. One email deletes it — who touches what is on the trust page.
Real photographs or mockups?
Generated photographs of your mark on the garment, made per store — not flat mockup templates, not stock photos. Want a physical one? Order a sample.
Can I get a sample first?
On Free and on Premium, a sample is a normal paid order from your own store — your own piece, with your own mark. Enterprise includes one free sample every quarter, claimed from your dashboard.
What if I stop paying?
It drops to the free plan. Nothing is deleted — the hoodie and the pieces beyond the core four stop being sellable. The colours stay: they are free on every plan.
Who makes the garments?
AS Colour blanks, embroidered by our production partner, shipped direct to your buyer. The style number is named on every product card and every ticket.
Can I use my own domain?
Not yet. Every store gets yourbrand.yoursewn.store free, on every plan. Connecting a domain you already own is on the roadmap and is not part of any paid plan today.
Someone made a store with our logo and it isn’t us.
