Questions
Do I pay anything to start?
No. No setup fee, no card. We absorb the one-time cost of digitising your mark.
Is Premium worth it?
It takes our name off your store, which matters the moment somebody else is paying you. It adds the hoodie, beanie, crop tee and denim tote, photographed on your own mark, and it lets you set your own prices and keep the difference, less SEWN’s 3% of the markup — on Free every piece sells at cost. It is $14 a month billed annually ($168 a year) or $19 billed monthly, and the first month is free.
Can I use my own domain?
Not yet. Every store gets yourbrand.yoursewn.store free, on every plan. Connecting a domain you already own is on the roadmap and is not part of any paid plan today.
Can I get a sample first?
On Free and on Premium a sample is a normal order from your own store. On Enterprise you claim one free piece each quarter from your dashboard — pick the piece, the colour and the size, give us a US address, and a person here makes it.
What if I stop paying?
It drops to the free plan. Nothing is deleted — the added pieces stop being sellable, and the SEWN badge comes back.
Who makes the garments?
AS Colour blanks, embroidered by our production partner, shipped direct to your buyer.
Someone made a store with our logo and it isn’t us.
